Through a formal proposal after discovery: scope, architecture, phases and assigned team. We don't publish rates because two ERPs with the same name can differ by an order of magnitude depending on integrations, data and users. The initial discovery has a fixed scope and cost.
Discovery, 1-2 weeks. The build is delivered in phases with working demos from the first weeks; a full system typically ranges from 2 to 6 months depending on scope. The schedule is set out in writing in the proposal.
Yes. We publish interactive technical demos of reference systems: a modular ERP, working-time compliance (Spanish RD 8/2019), site inspection with signed evidence, and data modelling with SQL and RLS. All touchable from the browser.
The client, always. Repository in their account from day 1, technical documentation, and everything needed to operate the system with or without us.
Asolux operates with a network of specialist engineers that joins per phase: data, integrations, mobile, AI. The team is sized in the proposal and can grow without renegotiating the model.
By milestones tied to delivered, demonstrated phases, defined in the proposal. For ongoing operation, a monthly fee with an SLA.
Three months of support included after production. Then an ongoing maintenance SLA: fixes, enhancements, monitoring and security.
